Prob. It's legal here in Massachusetts too and we don't have any dispensaries either. (Well, it was just legalized last election)

Do you mean legally or otherwise? If you have a card it should be fine though I don't know how it works with out of state cards... Otherwise I can't really help because I don't smoke myself and all my friends who do have cards. Sorry. :(

Ugh I had to stop smoking after being a stoner for about 8 or 9 years after my pain doctor said the feds were cracking down. If any thc was found in my urine I would get kicked out of my pain clinic. My pain relief was more important than me getting stoned so I had to stop. I smoke mostly for my crohns disease anyways, it helps SO much with my nausea and also helps my appetite. I live in Mass and I CANNOT WAIT until they get their shit together with the regulations. I miss mary jane so much :(

I don't think are any dispensaries allowed till the govt establishes rules for it, like what kind of diseases can qualify and all that. We won't know till May.
