Premise: Four married heterosexual couples come in the studio. The men have to perform progressively erotic acts with each other and a hired gigolo while the wives watch. Both the men and women can choose to tap out leaving the last couple standing as the winner. The winner gets 1,500 dollars.
Over the last several weeks O&A have lamented the increasingly high amount of homosexuality that has permeated the show. The Gay-Off, which was initially the first in an annual series, was intended to be their goodbye to the gayness so they could move on from it and hopefully salvage their careers/reputations.
The Gay-Off went bad. O&A were stunned into silence by the horror they witnessed. The stench of asshole filled the air as things progressed from tickling and ass sniffing (which O&A naively assumed to be the worst it would get) to making out, fondling and everything shy of penetration/bodily fluids (which aren't allowed). One of the wives was really into it while the other three were said to be staring into space.

In the end there was a two-way tie with the gigolo declaring one of the men to be the winner. The runner-up was unhappy (runner-up only got 300 vs the winner's 1500) and an emergency call to the show sponsor righted things and got the runner-up his 1500 bucks.
After the show Opie encountered one of the couples. The wife was crying because beforehand her husband told her to not tap out because they desperately needed the money, so the wife had to sit there and watch her husband basically have gay sex with strangers and have it broadcast over the radio and across the internet. Opie immediately became depressed. Three relationships were likely damaged by this.
After the show everyone got the fuck out of the studio. Troyquan and Sal felt dirty (they both participated by having their assholes smelled and giving lapdances), Opie and Anthony were disgusted (Anthony described it as "horrendous" and Opie was Twitter-silent for several hours afterwards), E-Rock almost quit the show over it and Primetime Sam Roberts thought it was great and should be an annual thing.
