Perfect prince and superior Oscar host Hugh Jackman signs autographs for fans at LAX

He is known for being one of the nicest actors in Hollywood and a very good sport.

And Hugh Jackman once again showed his gracious side as he jetted out of LAX on Monday following the Oscars on Sunday night.

While he may have lost the Best Actor award to Daniel Day-Lewis, the Les Miserables star was still smiling.

The 44-year-old was in good cheer as he graciously signed autographs and took impromptu snaps with adoring fans outside the airport terminal.

The Wolverine action-star demonstrated his chivalry the night before when Jennifer Lawrence tripped on her way to the Oscar podium.

Hugh promptly dashed from his seat to help the young actress on her way to her big win.

He continued the saintly streak by getting back to work and giving ample time to the people who love his movies the most - his fans.

The Prestige star wore something more than just his silver screen-stealing smile.

He covered his well-muscled physique in a dark-toned T-shirt and tough-guy leather jacket.

The X-Man kept things cool in a pair of brown Converse All Stars and Aviator sunglasses.

Hugh also sported a thick but well-trimmed beard, as he rolled his black suitcase in one hand, while carrying what appeared to be a gift-laden brown paper bag in the other.

The Australia star is booked for the next few years with a robust shooting schedule.

The highly anticipated Wolverine sequel is in post production as well as X-Men: Days of Future Past.

He is also rumored to be starring as P.T. Barnum in The Greatest Showman on Earth.
