Culinary Stars Return for New Season of 'Chopped: All-Stars'







Season 3 of Food Network's top-rated series Chopped All-Stars returns Sunday, April 7th at 9pm ET/PT.

Sixteen culinary competitors battle it out for the title of All-Star champion and a $50,000 prize for the winner's charity.

The five-part competition series, hosted by Ted Allen, includes four chefs going head-to-head each week in themed episodes:







Part 1:

"Food Network vs. Cooking Channel"Premieres Sunday, April 7th at 9pm ET/PT
Competitors: Nadia G., Jeff Mauro, Gabriele Corcos, Sunny Anderson
Judges: Chris Santos, Geoffrey Zakarian, Maneet Chauhan









Part 2:

"Mega Chefs" Premieres Sunday, April 14th at 9pm ET/PT
Competitors: Elizabeth Falkner, CHUCK Hughes, Gavin Kaysen, Richard Blais
Judges: Chris Santos, Marcus Samuelsson, Maneet Chauhan









Part 3:

"Chopped Judges" Premieres Sunday, April 21st at 9pm ET/PT
Competitors: Alex Guarnaschelli, Amanda Freitag, Scott Conant, Marc Murphy
Judges: Aarón Sánchez, Geoffrey Zakarian, Marcus Samuelsson








Part 4:

"Celebrities" Premieres Sunday, April 28th at 9pm ET/PT
Competitors: Johnny Weir, Joey Fatone, Laila Ali, Judy Gold
Judges: Maneet Chauhan, Geoffrey Zakarian, Marcus Samuelsson









Part 5:

"Finale" Premieres Sunday, May 5th at 9pm ET/PT
Judges: Aáron Sanchez, Geoffrey Zakarian, Marcus Samuelsson

The original formula had competitors cooking a three course meal for a rich man and whoever gets chopped has to feed their dish to the rich man's chihuahua.

Elizabeth Falkner - eternal cooking show competitor. I do like her though, and totally admire her baked goods.

Would like to see 3 & 4 the most.

I watch so much of this show just as background noise it's ridiculous. Alex grew on me after Next Iron Chef. I always thought her cooking show as great but she seemed like a sour puss on this show.

the guy who runs my favorite restaraunt was on chopped and came in second place. he lost because he made pasta pinwheels or something and the pasta was slightly undercooked

I like the ~special~ competitions. I want TED to compete. They need an episode with Ted Allen, Alton Brown, Creepy Chef Ron, and idk another competition host. I was going to say the dude from Cupcake Wars but apparently he isn't a chef at all.

Not sure about these celebs tho. The celeb winner who makes it to the final round is going to be severely disadvantaged...
