After punching a massive metal dragon, calling Loki "Reindeer Games" and fixing a hovering aircraft carrier on the fly in The Avengers, Iron Man has a lot to live up to in the upcoming Iron Man 3 - and from the looks of his latest Empire cover (on shelves Thursday February 28), he just might manage it. Looking closely at both the newsstand edition and the subscribers only cover, you can clearly see that Tony's new golden suit hasn't had the best of days - though with Mr. Stark being a Genius Billionaire Playboy Philanthropist an' all, his hair and beard are suitably perfect.
The movie, of course, finds Robert Downey Jr.’s Lethal Weapon up to his metallic neck in trouble as he’s targeted by The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley) and other nasty types intent on taking him down. Iron Man 3, directed by Shane Black from a script by Black and Drew Pearce, also features Ben Kingsley, Gwyneth Paltrow, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, James Badge Dale and Jon Favreau. It’ll finally swagger into our cinemas on April 26.

And Guy Pearce reminds me of the character he played in Prometheus, like before he had to go to outer space and get the life saving stuff, and just a normal scientist dude.
