Kidding(just taking a shot at WebMd). The worse that can happen to you is that you'll get a little sick(throwing up, stomach aches etc.) You should be fine.

One time I got dirt pudding from the deli at like 9pm at night and I took a bite of it and it was mold and then I saw mold on the top. I was so grossed out and haven't had any since but I'm still alive.

I've eaten cereal with chunky milk, a corn dog that I guess had been in the freezer too long because it was purple and shriveled, and made Mac and Cheese with cheese I later found mold all over. I didn't realize with any of these things until I was 75% done. I turned out fine. All three times my stomach started to hurt, but nothing else came of it.

My grandma was a home ec teacher for 30+ years and always says that most food mold is harmless. Or maybe she's just cheap

5 years ago, I had a bite of some cold leftover roast beef, I had just taken out of the fridge. Turned around and got a plate out of the dishwasher. Went back to the meat and saw tiny white worms crawling out from under one slice.

I'm still standing.

LOL idk if you're still alive but relax, i did this with a bag of moldy chestnuts last month and i was fine, i didn't even get diarrhea

Once I took a big bite of a slice of cake, and then realized that a large layer of mold had formed under the frosting. Like between the frosting and the cake. And I had just bought it a half hour before. ;o;

Moral of the story, though, is that I did not die. (And check your cake.) You will probably be okay!

As family members should. I'm nearly done my PhD, and yet my family still brings up the time I fell into a trash can in 6th grade every single damn family get together. It's a good reminder that the people who love you don't give a shit about how others view you-they love you even when you're a dumbass.
