Are men and women not allowed to ride in the same car or something? Why do they say "caught" though? If they were hiding something, they wouldn't be that obvious.
I remember when an entire episode of The Sopranos revolved around Tony and Adriana being in a car alone together and the scandal it caused (and I was confused by that, too).

i live in LA (west hollywood) too and have stayed at hotels here. traffic is always insane during awards season; i only went grocery shopping. the elton john party was half a mile from my apartment.
liam lives in toluca lake, it looks like their party was in beverly hills ... it's possible they'd want to continue it or just go to a hotel (whether is a bar or suite) or go home later. idk. the valley doesn't feel far away but when you're partying it sure is
