Kristen Stewart Explains Crutches, Foot Injury to Anne Hathaway Backstage at Oscars
Kristen Stewart had good reason to be at least little Les Miserables at Sunday's Oscars at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The Twilight actress, 22, attended the Academy Awards sans love Robert Pattinson (in Australia filming) but with one very noticeable accessory: Crutches. Stewart went without that aid when she presented an award with Daniel Radcliffe -- limping a bit painfully toward the podium.
According to the Associated Press, the blockbuster actress encountered another A-list actress backstage before that presentation-- Anne Hathaway, immediately after her Best Supporting Actress victory -- and finally dispelled the mystery behind her unexplained injury.
"Oh no!" the Prada-clad Les Miserables star, 31, exclaimed in sympathy, seeing Stewart's crutch.
"I know, I'm an idiot," Stewart (stunning in a Reem Acra gown, Jimmy Choo heels and Fred Leighton jewelry) replied. "But congratulations!" she said, eyeing Hathaway's hard-earned Oscar.
"Please tell me you're going on stage with those [crutches]," Hathaway said, the AP reports. "Nope," Stewart replied. "I'm gonna hobble."
Quipped the "I Dreamed a Dream" singer: "Well, break a leg . . . Oops!" Stewart then explained that she cut her foot recently after stepping on glass. "I just hope [the wound] doesn't open up right now."
Indeed, Stewart's glam squad told Us Weekly more about the young star's injury. "She had sliced her foot and everyone was worrying about would she wear heels or flats or one heel, crutches or no crutches," manicurist Ashlie Johnson told Us. "She tried so many options, she was really a trouper."
"Kristen was nervous about her crutches so having her friends around playing music was just what she needed," hairstylist Danilo said. "We all were trying to make her feel better and her friends were trying to tell her she'd be fine, she has insecurities about being in front of people so today was even tougher."

I defended the crap out of her when people were shaming her during the affair shit, but I am nhf people ignoring and excusing the stuff she does/says and making her into a martyr and a rebel. And then jumping on people by completely misinterpreting why they don't like her. Like, you can really dislike the way society treats a person but still think they're an ass. They just love to get self-righteous about it.

It wasn't just ONTD for once, she got absolutely murdered on social networks last night and the hilarious thing is it's just going to make her worse.
It's like she wants to fail.
Everyone doesn't get why Jen Law gets away with what Kristen does and that's because yes they are both morons but Jen is a nice person too in the first place which is what Kristen's stans don't seem to understand.
This is not just because Kristen is a hipster or looks like she stinks, it's coz she's an asshole and people can't stand her.
At least if she had earned the right to act like a dick then fine but she's like a new intern at work that is a total asshole to everyone and people are like 'um why did you apply for this job?'

But I think I may stan for her because at this point the hate she gets is fucking unreal. She can do no right. Jennifer falls on stage, cue the masses saying how cute and real she is, Kristen limps and is fucking ripped to shreds. Both girls play off awkward in two very relatable ways, but when Kristen does it people think she doesnt even want what she has so she doesn't deserve it baaaaaaw.
Maybe she should think before she speaks so that people don't have things to hold over her. She is unkind to her fans, calls them retards, and so forth. She has blasted other actresses for doing the same things she does to gain attention. She is a walking contradiction.
