Any victims of rape suffering from PTSD?
I think I've been dealing with PTSD for a very long time now and I think I may have let it ruin my (former) relationship. I want to change for myself and to *hopefully* fix what I broke. I am looking into help, but the options are overwhelming. I don't know who would be best to talk to.

Stories, advice, anything?
