Agreed. Her hair and make-up last year were GORGEOUS. I like this dress but I think the color makes her look washed out, and I don't like the slick-curls hair on her, she needs something softer.

last year she was by far my best dressed she looked AMAZING

this year I think some people looked good but nobody stuck out to me like she did last year
