I'm in the same boat, and I also hate Taylor Swift. I rationalize my like of the song with that it isn't so much a Taylor Swift song as it is a generic pop tune.

I do not listen to the radio/mainstream pop, but I only know this song because I heard it no less than three times while shopping at Old Navy one afternoon. Everything about the song was so terrible that I had to Shazam it and find out who sang this awful song that kept putting my teeth on edge.
Zero surprise when I saw it was Tayor Swift.
