You know, when you see him in person, he's really not that short.

He's average height...

He's the cute guy next door.
isntdaveone 22nd-Feb-2013 11:16 pm (UTC)
couldn't Josh get those stuff put in his shoes to make him look 3 feet taller? like the stuff that Tom Cruise uses.
superpchan 22nd-Feb-2013 11:20 pm (UTC)
I think it's actually sadder that Cruise does that. Short people shouldn't be made to feel badly about being short, and that they need lifts in their shoes, etc.
classiqfemme 22nd-Feb-2013 11:45 pm (UTC)
IA. Plus we tall people need more walking armrests.
d00ditsemily 23rd-Feb-2013 12:04 am (UTC)
Josh seems to embrace his shortness tbh
r8ght 22nd-Feb-2013 11:16 pm (UTC)
Is it just me or is this a stupid campaign?
lanavis 22nd-Feb-2013 11:17 pm (UTC)
I don't think it's stupid yet.
groundcrown 22nd-Feb-2013 11:37 pm (UTC)
which one? bc i find both annoying tbh
classiqfemme 22nd-Feb-2013 11:43 pm (UTC)
You mean because it claims to support queers but it's slogan is basically "no homo"?
...yeah, it gets on my tits too.
imnotasquirrel 22nd-Feb-2013 11:48 pm (UTC)
yeah that sort of bothers me too

i mean i know that their thing is straight people talking to other straight people about homophobia, because their platform is that, what, straight people will listen to other straight people more? idk. it still feels weird, like they have to reassure people that they're not gay.

rephrasing is accurate
goofusgallant 22nd-Feb-2013 11:50 pm (UTC)
imo NOH8 is just a way for celebrities to get exposure, since the campaign just takes pics of people (mostly celebs) posing. Also, the majority of the money they receive supports the NOH8 campaign, so it goes towards the photo shoots.
idk anything about Straight But Not Narrow.
eccentricvibe 22nd-Feb-2013 11:53 pm (UTC)
It is stupid.
spider_orchid 23rd-Feb-2013 12:03 am (UTC)
I think its a way for a lot of celebrities to bring in gay dollars/support to whatever it is that they happen to be shilling out.
musicnextdoor 23rd-Feb-2013 12:27 am (UTC)
I've read that there's some dislike for it in the LGBT community because they seem to act like they want props for treating those who aren't straight like human beings, and their reasons (or some of their reasons) for doing so are things like hey, if your bro is gay, more girls for you, lolz!
saintvlas22 23rd-Feb-2013 12:43 am (UTC)
I love that of all the things to take a shit on, you pick this.

*slow claps*
winninglondon 23rd-Feb-2013 02:48 am (UTC)
It is stupid. They're not doing shit for the gay community. This is basically a vanity project for celebs to take pictures and pretend they're helping the cause.
glo_unit 23rd-Feb-2013 07:43 am (UTC)
I have to ask, which campaign did you mean? I like how people assumed either and talked about what they hated about both.
intangibleamor 22nd-Feb-2013 11:17 pm (UTC)
What exactly does the NOH8 campaign do these days other than take pics of people???
lanavis 22nd-Feb-2013 11:17 pm (UTC)
Fulfill the bondage fantasies of gays and lesbians?
hoot 22nd-Feb-2013 11:44 pm (UTC)
It makes people feel like they're doing something when all they're doing is camwhoring. Perfect for the Facebook generation.
musicnextdoor 23rd-Feb-2013 12:28 am (UTC)
HEY, SELF-PROMOTION IS IMPORTANT, OK?
saintvlas22 23rd-Feb-2013 12:45 am (UTC)
How dare they raise awareness and try to make it known to whatever fans they have that they don't tolerate homophobia...?
winninglondon 23rd-Feb-2013 02:49 am (UTC)
Exactly
goofusgallant 22nd-Feb-2013 11:51 pm (UTC)
Gives celebs exposure.
corruptionoflol 23rd-Feb-2013 03:06 am (UTC)
better twitter profile pics for d-listers
supertex 22nd-Feb-2013 11:23 pm (UTC)
i need more balance in this photo - like two right hands, two left hands
chandyland11 22nd-Feb-2013 11:25 pm (UTC)

bollyhood 22nd-Feb-2013 11:34 pm (UTC)
Isn't gay marriage legal now in cali? I though thats what this was for.
onyxobsidian 22nd-Feb-2013 11:38 pm (UTC)
No...

That's what prop 8 was all about.

Which is what this campaign is about.

Why don't you Google before commenting?
bollyhood 22nd-Feb-2013 11:43 pm (UTC)
Google?

iamglory 22nd-Feb-2013 11:45 pm (UTC)
You should stop using your time to look up celeb gossip and go to real world stuff or at least mix the two.
screwhim 23rd-Feb-2013 12:16 am (UTC)
you're mixing up california for new york

god you midwesterners are outrageous
ohprecioustime 22nd-Feb-2013 11:38 pm (UTC)
lol this campaign
evett 22nd-Feb-2013 11:41 pm (UTC)
IDK who is in charge of those pics but everyone always ends up looking bright, shiny and plastic looking. They need to calm down with the photoshop.
numbedtoe 23rd-Feb-2013 12:01 am (UTC)
this campaign deserves every bit of criticism it gets.

and if you are straight but a gay ally you don't exactly have your voice silenced. just sayin.
ppeak 23rd-Feb-2013 09:44 pm (UTC)
Your voice can be silenced in some parts of the world, and within this country.

If you're a gay ally, people can and will treat you differently.

It's not the same as being gay, of course not, but straights have been discriminated and bullied for supporting their gay friends and gay causes.
wearescientists 23rd-Feb-2013 12:13 am (UTC)
my midget
ritzyroxie 23rd-Feb-2013 12:21 am (UTC)
Ew, this little piece of shit would.
chokey_lowkey 23rd-Feb-2013 12:25 am (UTC)
it gives me so much life that no h8 hijacked the tape on the mouth thing from anti-choicers.
