EXCLUSIVE: Hilary Duff Admits 'It's Been Hard' Balancing Work And Motherhood
After welcoming son Luca last March, Hilary Duff, 25, is still struggling to balance motherhood and her career.
“It’s hard to be away [from Luca],” she confides to Life & Style, on stands now. “I did a guest spot on Raising Hope…. I was so happy to be on a set again…but it was hard. I also had a day of [thinking darkly], I need to get home — what am I doing away from my baby?”
“Honestly, it's such an adjustment,” Hilary admits about being a new mom. “It's a huge change and it took a few months for me to be like, 'Okay, this is me now, this is who I am now, this is how I do things now.'"
But Hilary plans to have it all figured out before kid No. 2 arrives: “I’m not trying to have [another] baby any time soon.”
