For one of cinema’s most reclusive talents, Daniel Day-Lewis has certainly been making the rounds. Now, ahead of the Oscars, the stylish men’s quarterly Port Magazine tells T that the actor is guest-editing its film issue, which hits newsstands on March 14. “Having Daniel share his friendships with me has been a humbling experience which sometimes left me speechless. On occasion, such as a lunch interview with Ray Winstone, which turned into a two day party, I was left legless,” says Port’s editor, Dan Crowe. “The fact that he was able to do this during the awards season and all the work he had on with ‘Lincoln’ is incredible.” Port and Day-Lewis even convinced Winstone, the lovable Cockney rogue, to introduce the issue in the following video clip.
