I'm too lazy to lift weights so I do barre method, pilates, and dance aerobics about four times a week at my gym.

joining a really nice gym was important since if your gym is gross then you never want to go there. my gym's shower is a million times nicer than my own so I end up working out more to get that sweet sweet water pressure.
