can this be a diet/fitness post? cuz Ive been trying to lose these last 15-20lbs forever, but its not happening. Ive been exercising regularly for a few years and I do change up my routine (ive done A LOT of different exercise vids). I just started the Dukan diet like a week ago, but man it is difficult to stick to especially when u cant cook for shit. So anyone have tips for the Dukan diet or just losing weight in general? Also, have any of u done the Dukan diet? What have been your results??
