i NEED to figure out how to cut dairy and breads from my diet.
i rarely drink sugary drinks, even Naked juices are rare for me to have. I'm a water gal.
on the other hand, i NEED to lose more weight around my gut.
for some reason i've lost weight/fat in my legs so they look fine, but then if i go to my hips waist, i look two sizes bigger than i should be - like i have a severe muffin top now that i've never had before :(
tl;dr my body is out of proportion now and idk how to fix it
