i'm just so heartbroken right now and we don't know what to do. my brother doesn't even know it's wrong. it's only my mom and us. we live in a condominium and the asshole just lives a few floors above. we're still in a state of shock. what should we do?
I fully agree with everything that has been said: FILE A POLICE REPORT, report the situation to the condo association if you have one, keep calm around your brother and remind him how loved and safe he is, get him into therapy STAT (like see if therapists have available slots today or tomorrow), make sure you never talk to that creep ever again, even though it means your brother might not get to see his friend again.
