I'm not a fan of the detoxes that mean that you don't eat properly - like the crazy lemon detox or the juice only type diets because as someone else pointed out, you lose weight but then as soon as you eat like normal it comes back. A few of my friends were addicted to them because you really do shed kgs but afterwards because they all ended up heavier because starving yourself like that slows down your metabolism and isn't healthy.
I like the ones where you cut out all the stuff that is full of preservatives and things like white bread because you are still eating stuff so they're basically just a really strict diet that you stay on for a little while.
