The more I look, the more I see how different their noses are, and LL has seriously nice lashes by comparison, but it's still a pretty striking resemblance, imo. LL would have to gain some weight in the face, though.

what i had heard was that they didn't deny starting the fire, just that they didn't intend burning it to the ground. and when i was watching the live feed the other day, they said they heard the gun shot after the fire had started.

It wasn't LAPD jurisdiction, it was San Bernardino ... and they had them get out because there was an active firefight happening.

I think he was given two options: stay in the house and burn or come out of the house and be riddled with bullets.
Everything leading up to the standoff made it seem like he wasn't going to be brought in alive. I mean, didn't the LAPD accidentally open fire on at least two innocent people's cars after mistaking it for Dorner's?

yeah it was said by one cop on-scene that dorner tried to exit out the back of the cabin once it was burning but he was pushed back in (by gunfire).
