Shahs of Sunset star Mike Shouhed, who recently spoke to Us Weekly about doffing all his clothes for a nude pictorial in Playgirl, gave paparazzi an eyeful during his photo shoot for the skin mag.

The 34-year-old real estate agent looked buff and well-oiled in images that emerged from the set, in which he wore nothing except for a pair of tighty whities in some shots -- and nothing at all in others.

"I haven't really decided how much of Mike Shouhed they're going to get," he told Us in an interview in January, of whether he'll go full frontal or opt for a more modest shoot like Levi Johnston.

"I want to make people happy and keep it classy. I'll have to see how I feel that day."

The reality star is insistent that his reasons for doing the Playgirl spread aren't purely vanity, however. Rather, he really wants to be on "the forefront of a new trend of letting women know that Persian men are the real deal and if you haven't tried one, you should."

"I'm really comfortable with my body," he told Us. "I'm naked all the time at home. So I'm just going to act as if it's me at home getting naked."
