The services of brainy beauty Felicity Smoake will very much be in need as Arrow travels forward. As such, the CW drama has promoted actress Emily Bett Rickards to a series regular for the just-ordered Season 2.

I hear you. Her scenes are basically what I watch this show for. It's so predictable that I really don't need to even watch the rest of it, but she's too awesome.

I love her and Oliver in scenes though. He is adorable with her which is a nice change from stony.

Diggle should be happy he'll finally have someone to agree with him when he tells Oliver he's crazy and insane and possibly dangerously homicidal.
