It's so annoying now b/c the rules about fighting and leaving are fucked up and inconsistent and you have too many girls who leave early on their own and it's just a revolving door of girls who desperately want to make a living from making club appearances afterward.

Seasons 2, 4, and 5 were the best seasons. They had a good mix of funny moment and fighting. Plus the cast those seasons were more likable then a lot of the girls they have on the show now.

That was the BEST season! Even the first episode where Natalie met Annie and was like "cool, we're going to be friends" and was telling her to shut up and that everything she said was so annoying within 5 minutes. God, Annie was so terrible.
And then Kate punched her in the face....

I'm sorry i just really need to rant about this, it's killing me. So I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, approx. 1 month ago i went to do this leadership workshop but, to make it short, when i was in the conference room i wanted to go to the bathroom and i got up and was about to leave and the coach shouted at me in front of everyone "where are you going? why do you get up like that sneaking out like a rat? what are you gonna do? why didn't you go before? are you sick?" shouting that in front of everyone and i told him i really needed to go to the bathroom and he told me i had 1 min to go and come back but since it took me longer he kicked me out of the program. Since then my anxiety has gotten worse and now i have to go to the bathroom to pee every like 20 min and i feel like going to the bathroom all the freakin time, and i get so nervous and anxious when i have to take a 40 min ride in the bus, etc. i don't know what to do, i know this is stupid but it's really like living in hell.

He really was, it was supposed to be his method, like he was really hard on us so we'd be stronger or something. In some way, i have to admit it was my fault because when i signed up for it they told me people with anxiety should think it twice because the activities were very extreme and intense.

Damn, that sounds like some shit. Sorry that asshole treated you that way. He's obviously a flop leadership coach, and you're better off for not staying in the program tbh. idk about anxiety-induced peeing, oop. I'd look into some therapy for your anxiety to help with it.

i have really bad anxiety too and I started seeing a therapist but she basically gave these meditation mp3s for me to put on my phone and listen to. i feel dumb when i listen to them but it really helps if i'm on a bus ride or walking

bb that coach is an asshole! Im so sorry you had to go through that. You should talk to a professional but you need to know that you did nothing wrong. Srsly what a flop leadership coach. Believe me, it's good you're no longer in that program.

I agree with the other commenters who said you should see a doctor or therapist. I'm not a professional, but that almost sounds like some sort of PTSD-related anxiety. I hope you can get the help you need, bb.

I have anxiety too(due to freaking college), and I take yoga classes. They realllllyyyy help.

Also, are you active? I've found that staying active, and working out helps me with my stress/anxiety.
