They are both completely different cities. I wouldn't say Sao Paulo is better. It all depends if you want that CITY experience or the beach/lifestyle experience. They are both fuckin amazing.

No idea where it happened, but some biologist or whatever said it's a common phenomenon in São Paulo. I think it's in the video description...
