Usually I have to work every time it's terrible weather outside. I even tried (but failed) to get to work the day after Hurricane Sandy hit. But I have off tomorrow and it feels fantastic knowing how shitty the roads are. I can actually experience a snow day.

i crashed my car into a snowbank today. and this guy literally stopped plowing the parking lot of his workplace to come and help me. snowmegeddon brought out the nicest of people today.

Is it normal that I'm 17 and don't like to go to parties or things like that? Everybody on my TL are excited about going to X place or get pissed if they don't go out.

ANYWAY no, it's not weird. I partied in highschool and from 17-18 took a break, and then in college I raged. So maybe this is just a phase? Either way, there's nothing wrong with that!

It's normal. You may want to go to some parties as you ~grow~ and gain life experiences, but it's no big deal if you don't want to go.

Altho I would say don't just never go to things. People will assume you don't like them.

I didn't get into partying till I dated a partier, and even then I wasn't that into it. There's nothing wrong with that.

I think it's normal. I just never had the urge to go out and party until I was in college, and then towards the end of college, I couldn't stand it again- I was nhf large groups of sweating people spilling beer on me. ugh. I go through phases.
