I'm three weeks into the OCM. I have kind of given up because my skin looks horrific. Granted, I'm also getting my period, but it really made me mad (ha) because it made me super dry! I'm gonna drop off the amount of castor oil. I struggle with it since I live in Denver and it's crazy dry here. I have grapeseed right now and it's nice, plus a few drops of pure lavender oil. I still use Cetaphil post-workout, though. Nothing can make me sweat more than a run, and just a rinse isn't really getting the germs off.
