Don't really mind that she lost weight because I think she's great either way.  But I need more Honey Boo Boo gifs, so let's go.

I am about to move to a bike friendly city and I will be a few minutes from a nice park so I am going to push myself to be active on the daily.

I live in NYC and have been saying I'm going to buy a bike for a year now and I still haven't :/
My goal is to buy one for spring and bike all spring/summer and get bikini ready lol.

You should! Then you can ride your bike in a bikini lol.

I live in Chicago, which is super bike friendly, and I can't imagine living in a city where I couldn't ride. It's seriously the best way to commute because you're paying for that shit with calories!

Yea it is so much smarter than driving around town wasting your money on gas and trying to find parking. My only problem is I have to be at work by 3am so I don't think I will bike to work, the town I am moving to is pretty safe just a bunch of drunk college kids but yep yep.

jealous! i just started working at an office that is 10 minutes away. i walk to and from plus take the steps and walk my dogs to the dog park that is 15 minutes away. i've seen no shift in weight at all.

Same. I ran almost every day for a long time last year and my weight didn't change.
bellyroomfan 7th-Feb-2013 05:12 pm (UTC)
i read somewhere recently that some study found what you eat mattered more than how much exercise you get! so basically, i am fucked, cause on top of that walking, i swim every day and when the weather is nice, i take my dogs on 3 mile hikes. Bleck, i don't wanna change how i eat. lol. i don't think it is that bad.

i think i lost it so quickly because i gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy so i had a lot of fat to burn. now that ive lost weight its way harder than just walking for 20 mins :{

When I went to school on campus, I lost so much weight from walking.
natalitabonita 7th-Feb-2013 06:49 pm (UTC)
lucky you! I do an hour a day (5 days a week) and can't lose half pound... but I think it's because I eat like a monster LOL
leopard_legs 7th-Feb-2013 07:53 pm (UTC)
you and I are one in the same!
I do the same schedule and vary with both weights and cadio but I'm seeing no change - then again, I do eat like I have a tapeworm to feed

I think I'm maybe a little less pudgy? A tid?
