The "Unflattering" Photos Beyoncé's Publicist Doesn't Want You To See
Beyonce arguably gave her fiercest performance ever during the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday. And there were many photos to prove it.
After BuzzFee published a story hat included photos and gifs titled, "The 33 Fiercest Moments From Beyonce's Halftime Show," they received a call and subsequent email from Bey's publicist who kindly asked them to remove the photos she deemed "unflattering." To which we have to say... huh? This is some straight-up craziness.
FIRST of all: sorry, Beyonce publicist, but you do not get to control what pictures go out of your client! It's not the media's fault that she was making that face, and you should expect to get burned when you email places demanding pictures get removed.
SECONDLY, we'd like to point out that there's no such thing as an "unflattering" picture of Beyonce. And we're kind of upset her publicist would suggest such an outrageous thing. It's called BEING INTO IT. It's supposed to be work! When people look at a picture of Beyonce grunting or grimacing while she's doing some insane dance move, we're IMPRESSED because she's going all out. So back off, publicist person!
