Autumn needs to go fucking home like yesterday. She doesn't even know what bears look like even after it was explained to her what bears look like. Never mind that the giant tear that appeared on the chest of her makeup was the least of her problems.

I also wish they showed closeups of this because the paint jobs on House's and Meagan's pieces were really shitty and outside of them making a brief mention of how House's just stopped at the arms it wasn't even addressed. His concept was really cool but really he only got a top look because of how his model was able to manipulate the stomach.

There is so much bad this season. So much.

That would not have gotten a best look in past seasons. It was only one of the best because of how much of a hot mess everyone is this year. It doesn't look bad in this still but I don't think that's something you could put on camera unless you were always going to film it from really far away... and even then the arms weren't done.

Autumn should have gone home, she is always the worst.

And the hand girl should too, she obviously isn't well enough to make anything. She's just making her hand worse by using it.

Eric F's was awesomely disgusting tho

no no you were right the first time lol. i actually had no idea what it was and saw those photos and was like "wut..." but now that youve explained it it doesnt sound as crazy as it looks.

I loved Anthony's and I loooved Alam's face.

I loved so many of the IDEAS (like House's) but the execution was just total crap. I mean, granted, it's better than I could do, but that's why I would never audition for the show.


ETA: In defense of House though, arm warmers slide down like crazy so while the paint might have met fabric when he put the arm warmers ON the model, it's entirely possible he didn't factor in that they tend to migrate downward once the arm is in motion.

I liked the paint on the stomach-mouth but yeah, I agree.

Idk, I think I could have applied it better but Idk about sculpting, haha.

I don't understand why with all the candy they could have to work with, most of them stuck to using rock candy. So un-creative.

I did not watch last night's episode yet but this season is a HOT MESS! It also looks like producers are running out of original ideas for challenges. I would love to see a zombie challenge a la Season 1. Isn't zombie design/makeup a basic? It would probably weed out those who were not up to par.

I think they're just so hard up for contestants they'll take anyone. It seems like they're filming this show on a rotating basis and the actual talent is starting to thin out.

I am so tired of Jenna complaining about her hand. You knew what you were getting into when you signed up for the challenge. Either suck it up or quit. Her makeup sucked and had no candy in her makeup at all.

HOW DID AUTUMN GET ON THIS SHOW? How? Everything she has done has been shit. I don't understand it. She's never sure of what she does and you can totally tell.

I thought Meagan's paint job was really rough. I didn't like Eric Z's since it was just a candy house on the model's back and a regular weird paint job. Alex didn't utilize the candy well either.

I loved House's stomach but like the judges said, the paint job wasn't complete as it should have been. Alam's was pretty, so I knew it was going to be on the top looks. Eric F. is pretty ambitious and I liked his overall. I thought the over-size mouth was a bit weird but he gets an A for effort from me!

I liked Kris' but didn't think it should have won. I loved the face but the chest piece didn't impress me all that much.

I would have liked to see Anthony win just because I loved the costume and the colors.

I was so tired of Jenna complaining about her hand. Did she even mention it in the first two challenges? I don't think so. You know this season is bad if she is still sticking around after such crappiness. This challenge could've been so cool and yet such lackluster results. They shoulda just let go Autumn (who is delusional), Jenna AND Alex.

I think Anthony or Eric F will win this thing.

It bothers me that in this show there is never ANYONE that makes like...a pleasing fantasy look. Even in a CANDY challenge they make it all scary and grotesque...

only 3 of these makeups read "candy" at all. Can they send them all home?

The talent this season is really lacking. Send them all home and start over.

This season is sooo bad! Everyone's work looks like crap close-up.

My fav is Eric F, he reminds me of Crispin Glover.

if i didn't know what the challenge was supposed to be or if the guy didn't explain his idea, i would've assumed the blob was just...melting fat. and it looks like shit anyway.

i was waiting for this post so i could be pissed. of the three bottom looks i would have been happy with either of the other two going home, not fucking alex. autumn's was falling apart and all she had were gumdrops for her candy in the look. jenna's was just terrible, no way around it. autumn and jenna were both responsible for bottom looks last week and yet alex goes for a good concept but poor execution? bite my ass.

also, anthony's should have been in the top looks, it was such a coherent and refined look. i loved it.
