A few days before, Josh attended the 2013 Lacoste/GQ Super Bowl Party held at the Elms Mansion where he mingled with the likes of Ryan Kwanten, Chace Crawford, and Jesse Williams.

If it was sarcastic, though, it was an ill-phrased joke since it just reads awkward.
