Chris Brown may have faked court-ordered community service records, violated probation



The L.A. County District Attorney has filed legal documents claiming Chris Brown has violated his probation by submitting bogus community service records ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned the D.A. is alleging in legal docs Chris Brown may have LIED when he claimed he had performed all of his community service in connection with the Rihanna beating case.

The thing that bothers me with this is that the offenders will lay even more blame and guilt on the victim for causing trouble. Especially now with Rihanna and CB back together... you know Rihanna will be apologizing/guilty and CB will have a huge victim complex because she 'got him into' this mess. My roommate used to be a first responder/counselor to domestic violence cases and she saw shit like this all the time. It was always the victim's fault for bringing attention to the problem.

unfortunately the court system in LA seems to move at a glacial pace. Lindsay still isn't in trouble for lying to cops a year ago.

This is really dumb especially when you consider that he should have been in jail.
