I must say, even though I understand Victoria having moved on, and still contributing when she can to Spice Girls events. However, it does break my nostalgic heart to see the Spice Girls without Posh :(

The SG as a four-piece isn't so bad. I think they look better as a group without Posh than they did without Geri.

Geri really was the unofficial leader and it wasn't the same without her, but the girls made it work, albeit not for too long.

I think Geri's time has passed as the leader. During the reunion, I noticed it was Mel B who took centre stage. I think Geri has backed off, knowing that she can't cut it live and doesn't have a hold on the American market like Mel B does (however miniscule it is).
