The second half of this episode became so real, I love it. Also, it looks like Papa Bowers had a moment of suspicion with Joanna and the ID.

I'm excited for next week — that breakfast talk looks like it's going to go down.

This ep. was so great -- agreed about the friend, He wanted her to have her night and was trying to shield/protect her from that trash.

My bb Katherine LaNasa is fucking amazing on this.

I hated that reporter talking about he cost her her job, no bitch YOU did it. You still had a job until "gutless cow" flowed out ya damn lips.

I need more Julian & Joanna.

IDK, but I'm watching it sort of like a miniseries. The writers have said that they are going to reveal who killed Vivian by the end of the season and I'm sure they're aware that it could get cancelled so there shouldn't be too many loose threads if it does.

Has anyone else noticed this tv trend where the black female is torn between nice, safe black guy and dangerous white guy? Scandal AND Deception... and i feel like Person of Interest will be there around may sweeps.

wait, there's a woc of POI? I thought it was creepy Jim and the guy from Lost who were in that show (I just looked it up and it turns out the fabulously underrated TPH is in this show...damn son)

I am super in love with her. Her role on the show gets progressively bigger too!

If you just pretend not to know anything about creepy Jim (lol) and focus on TPH and Ben Linus, it's pretty entertaining.

Taraji Henson is the third. I remember there being a couple of articles about how pissed she was that they promoted the show using the two white guys.

Same with Suits. Apparently Gina Torres has a big role and I only ever see two white dudes fronting posters.

omg you're so right about Suits haha. To be fair, the two male leads are the biggest part of the show and Jessica (the character Gina plays name) has only in the last season and a half gotten more screen time, but for how fierce and lucky they are to have Mrs. Gina Torres, they should promote her presence more.

It was one thing when they were using Jim Cavaziel and Ben Linus in the initial promos, but when TV Guide decided to put the two of them and the guy who plays Fusco on the cover but not Taraji Henson, that was fucked up.

I've noticed the old Hollywood trend of Black leads or co-stars' main role being to clean up for the White characters. Joanna's mother literally cleaned up for the Bowers' as a maid and Joanna and Will are cleaning up and finding out the secrets of the White family's murder.

i mean, i still like and rock with this show but i was not hft lame ass red carpet with the paparazzi and the bad boy boyfriend on the motorcycle rushing in to save her and the dress and the...just sheer ridiculousness of it all. Too CW for me tbh

but i will continue to watch and enjoy- I'm really feeling the female actresses (particularly Edwards cool ass wife, and the BAMF that is Mama Bowers) in this show AND I really think that there's nothing really wrong with the Drug and that our dearly departed Ben made all that shit up and sucked Vivian into a false story in an effort to fuck with the family and he was being paid by that CREEP senator (who is CLEARLY Mia's BIO dad)...All culminating in Mia shooting him dead in the final episode of this season...

i have some dilemma with shows like this. i like it, i like the characters, love Megan Good, Wes is HOT HOT HOT, but i want to get to the bottom of the mystery, so i want the show to end soon

i'm like... why can't i have my cake and eat it too? :(
