I read a really enjoyable book on the entire Tudor family. The first few pages had the Battle of Bosworth and then it was all, "and that's all the Henry VII did."

The author did acknowledge that most historians are too lazy to dig up anything interesting on Henry VII and that they're more interested in Henry VIII and Elizabeth I. He did write about what Henry VII accomplished, but he basically said it wasn't shit compared to overthrowing Richard III and so now one cares.
