I can never really decide if I think she had a nose job. If she did it was mostly just the tip/very slight.

it could, but i'm not convinced. the tip seems to hang lower than old pictures and it looks the same in all her post-glee pics

I really don't think she had any work besides her boobs and mole removal. She has a naturally tight looking face

I wish they didn't put so much make up on her on Glee, I feel like that fact alone makes her look like she's had surgery.
