Ian McKellen Awarded With Honorary Degree in Northern Ireland



Sir Ian McKellen received an honorary doctorate from the University of Ulster at its Magee campus. The doctorate was conferred by the university's chancellor, the actor James Nesbitt.

Both men recently starred in The Hobbit film.

You should watch Extras in general. It's a hilarious show by Ricky Gervais as a struggling actor in the UK. They're usually extras, but they meet famous British actors and the actors are good sports about being silly. Other great episodes to watch are Daniel Radcliffe's, Patrick Stewart's, and Kate Winslet's.
