Honestly, I looked exactly like that - majorly bloated until about 20/22 weeks. My upper abdomen just ballooned out. And now post-pregnancy, it seems to be stuck there. It's a bit shit really. I'm sure she'll just get lipo though. I would if I had the time/energy.
