Black Mirror Season 2 gets a premiere date!

It's official, Black Mirror returns February 11th on Channel 4!

The episode, called 'Be Right Back', stars Captain America's Hayley Atwell and Bill Weasley, aka Domhnall Gleeson.

This is that Tales From the Darkside-like show right? Where the PM fucked a pig? I didn't like any of the previous episodes tbh, except for the game show episode which was just alright. Still gonna watch this season though, out of curiosity.

I thought it was lame and bland and trying too hard to be provocative tbh Reminded me of Dear Esther in that way... like it was putting on a show of trying to display some deep message but it really just a bunch of superficial garbage, and it wasn't entertaining enough to overlook that. I dunno, I just wasn't all that impressed.

I think I'd like it better if they don't try so hard for modern social commentary and just make it entertaining, like the shows it's emulating.

eta: I'm surprised you've not come across more hate for it tbh, because I feel like nobody liked it and am surprised to see fans in this thread lmao I swear when the first season came out and there were posts on it people were not liking it.

generally speaking, it's about how technology affects/transforms/fucks up our lives. it's chilling and amazing! you should watch the first season.

I loved how they gave him his own show at the end. That poor girl though...she looked worn out after they had her on the porn circuit for a while.

Everyone always says the PM one was the best but I think this easily takes the cake.
It actually made my heart hurt to the point that I still think back to it when I watch things like X-Factor :(

I hated that PM episode the most. It was so freaking stupid and nothing in it was remotely believable. It was over-the-top in a bad way.

This was easily the best of the three episodes, and this guy definitely made it. It could've been so hokey if he hadn't played it just right.

The only thing I dislike about this show is that not everybody watched so there's many a time in my life when I want to reference the show and people just go, "What Mirror now?".
