so, there's been a definite lull with me being caught up with the oscar movies, but there's this korean film, A Silk Letter, that's out and looks like an interesting gay drama. I'll check that out. we're also getting the oscar animated + live shorts, so I'll see those. or at least the animated ones. this is the first year that I've been aware of their release so I'm pretty excited.
until then, I'm watching the rest of the studio ghibli films that I haven't seen yet: Porco Rossi, Up On Poppy Hill, Only Yesterday, to name a few. & watching bits and pieces of asian dramas.
