WHILE MR. GOLD GOES IN SEARCH OF SON BAELFIRE IN NEW YORK, CORA ATTEMPTS TO TRACK DOWN ONE OF RUMPLESTILTSKIN’S MOST TREASURED POSSESSIONS.

“Manhattan” – While Mr. Gold, Emma and Henry go looking for Gold’s son Bae in New York, Cora, Regina and Hook attempt to track down one of Rumplestiltskin’s most prized possessions. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, Rumplestiltskin realizes his destiny while fighting in the Ogres War, on “Once Upon a Time,” SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 17.

It is my hope of hopes that Neal is not Bae, but it's a long shot. I was watching "The Return" episode last night and it made me miss August and hope that Rumple keeps failing to find his son. Maybe find him in another world without magic next season.

Why the FUCK is a 10 year old going with an old dude to find his son in New York City? WHY? Don't they live in like Massachusetts or something? I've said it before I'll say it again, social services need to take his ass from his stupid fairytale dumb guardians who let him do whatever he wants.

God, I hate him so much. I'm sorry, ONTD. I can't help it.

Because that's his grampy (I think). It's like they know already! And his mom is going too; it's not like it's just him and the oldster. Yeah, it's weird, but everything is weird on this show. It's a fairly unique universe.

No, Henry's grandfather is Prince Charming. I kind of get Emma going since she's the only one who's been outside of Storybrooke, but a little kid? Shouldn't he be in school?

A big problem of mine is that they keep trying to push this kid and his moms' relationships (Regina and Emma) on us. Unfortunately, most child actors aren't very good and their characters aren't written that well. Henry is written as a special little snowflake who's somehow always right, and he's played by a below-average actor.

Also, they're probably trying to keep him away from Cora.

Wait, I thought the whole thing with Rumple (well, whatever his name was pre-Rumple)was that he DIDN'T fight in the Ogres War and that was why he wife left, etc...or maybe they've just worded it awkwardly.

He was always named Rumpelstiltskin.

And I believe he did fight in the Ogre War and ended up deserting because he was a coward.

Apparently not. I've seen spoiler set pics and the only one slightly resembling 80s fashion is Ruby. Mary Margaret still has her blue coat.

Bowing to Ruby. Disappointed in the others. Lost opportunity for some cool costuming all around right there, if they really didn't give them all 80s looks. They didn't have to go overboard (EXCEPT WITH RUBY), but it should have been period.

I'm actually happy she forgot her memories of Rumple. I feel like they could be really great together, but she kept getting back with him for stupid reasons. Now he kind of HAS to change if he wants a chance with her.

That's a pretty good list right there (although admittedly I think the writing for Mulan has rarely been good enough. It's shown glimmers, though.) Jefferson is my favorite character, and we don't see nearly enough of him. And Ruby is awesome and we should see more of her going on adventures and sleuthing. (I'm newly cautiously interested in FrankenWolf too. Are you opposed?) And yeah, Belle and Archie need stories of their own.

yea, I want Mulan to get her own episode, Jefferson and his face need to come back in some capacity. as for Ruby/Whale, it was cute, and I could get into it if there's more. I still prefer Ruby/Belle but as there's zero chance of that happening...

I would also like to see Belle have her own stories withOUT Rumple. that's why i'm kind of happy about this amnesia thing, it's a chance for us to learn about HER as a character.

I'm just going to wait because when I think the show can't get worst the writers really shock me and I'm really hoping Bae≠Neal but knowing how they love characters to have a "surprising connection with someone from StoryBrooke," well I'm not too hopeful.

Ugh. I still love this show but a lot of the characters are starting to really annoy me this season. All I care about now is Mulan, Hook, Rumple and Cora's sassy attitude.
