i think i've officially succeeded in cutting land animals out of my diet. yay to me... now i need to go back to my summer routine which helped me lose 30 lbs.
i think because it was the first time i stayed committed for more than two weeks i lost so much, so fast and so easily. lots of water... on the daily - absolutely no sugar or carbs (even 'whole grains' unless it was actually whole grains like quinoa or brown rice; no wheat) a lot of green smoothies, protein, ~1200 cals per day (but you don't have to count)... 30 days shred w/ gillian michaels. it sounds a lot more intimidating on paper but there are tons of rich indulgences i ate including cheese and chocolate ^_^
