So I've been going to the gym four times a week for the past two weeks and I'm starting to hit a wall. My body is telling me to be patient but my mind wants results yesterday. Just need like..advice or support JUST LOVE ME and tell me of your stories and what has helped/helps you guys lose weight and be strong!
