I'm still not over last night's episode. Can I just say though that Joseph Morgan is a phenomenal actor? I was heartbroken by his looks after he watch them kill Kol. And his whole rant about not giving a shit about his hybrids..I loved it.
Can they all also stop assuming the cure is a gallon on unicorn blood for everyone to share and that Silas doesn't actually exist/isn't dangerous?
Also: Last night I had a dream about the "spin off" but instead it was about how there were all these families all over the world who were "originals" because their witch mother also turned them into vampires. The Mikaelsons (and me) went around trying to kill these families because there could only be 1 set of Originals.
I've always liked Klaus in his villainous ways but his acting is superb..his looks alone last night made me go "OMG, BB COME HERE LET ME HUG YOU..Oh wait, I shouldn't cause you're evil BUT NO COME HERE!"
Hmmm. Well last night was really good but I don't get why the won't bring Katherine back. Just to shake things up a bit. Does she want to be human again??? Elena is extremely annoying and needs to just shut up sometimes. Also I missed Caroline<3 I don't like Klaus...I do like Elijah.
I'm okay with Matt and Tyler dying...more than okay with actually. Useless characters. I'm also happy for Jeremy to bite the dust if these two survive.
I think so. Probably the latter. Matt's still human and they need humans still. Caroline has played more of an importance and with the whole spin off situation, it make sense for Klaus to gtfo Mystic Falls since he is so stuck on her.
If this was happening back in s2.5 fans would be wetting themselves with excitement. Right now, Idek if anyone actually gives a fuck anymore. Me, included. Too much overacting, Dobrev, Somerhalder and not even a proper storyline has well made this show a parody of itself.

They have made the originals like regular vamps with just the added ability to compel vamps. Seriously, Elena giving Kol a good fight? He should have been able to just swat her ass like the tse tse fly she is.
That is one of the MAJOR problems with this show. Pissed all over previous canon. Makes me wonder why exactly Katherine & Rose were so frightened of them? They are NOT master manipulators, seem less likely to slap you about (look at Damon) - their age has brought them not NO supernatural abilities. Even though they enslave witches they have yet to somehow "steal" magic from them and ACTUALLY be able to rival. Makes me wonder how they managed to survive so long.

Yup. People were literally pissing themselves over Elijah in S2, who on more than one occasion basically blinked and a vampire was fucking dead and now they've managed to kill TWO originals? Finn, maybe, but Kol had 900 years of experience and strength behind him. Not possible.

It's funny because..they don't. They made it clear last season that they technically don't need coats at all (Matt trying to give his coat to Rebekah and she tried to tell him because she was a vamp she didn't need it).

I was mainly indifferent to Kol dying, I don't have a fascination with him like most people do. HOWEVER, really fucked up of Elena wanting to kill him without even thinking about the hundreds of people in his lineage that were gonna drop dead right after. While Kol's death didn't give me any bad reactions, Joseph Morgan did a good job displaying Klaus' emotions.
Ian already said in a recent interview that Damon doesn't want the cure because it would be stupid to want that. I agree. After being a vampire for so long, it would be hard to suddenly be weak & easily killed. No thanks.
Like I said in the other post, no one knows what this cure is. It could be death & there's probably consequences for taking the cure. Ofc no one on this show thinks about that because they are all selfish.

Also, someone on Tumblr made a really good point about how Kol, the villain, was the only one thinking rationally and potentially trying to 'save the world'. Our 'heroes' have their heads so far up their asses they are willing to kill anyone (potentially thousands in Kol's bloodline) just so that precious ~Elena~ can be human again. Oh ok.
