edit: also i thought that snow guy was dead. i'm caught up but a little rusty memory-wise

And Snow was shot by Stanton last season (in the kneecap). Nothing was mentioned for a few episodes and then in a random episode this season he was shown wearing a bomb vest and doing Stanton's bidding (she was being all "oh you poor thing" and fiddling with the bomb, resetting it or something). Reese is shown in the promo above wearing a similar bomb vest, so apparently Stanton controls them both now (using bomb vests, because she is cray).
