The dresses she wears fly off the shelves. Her hair is the envy of women around the world. And she's even helped boost sales of hosiery in the U.K.
So is it any wonder that women also want Kate's nose?
British plastic surgeons say requests for the Duchess of Cambridge's "near perfect" and petite nose have tripled since 2011, according to the Daily Mail, which has interviewed several women who said having a similar eye-catching royal profile was exactly the look they sought as they underwent rhinoplasty.
"Her nose is straight with a cute, rounded tip and is perfectly in proportion to her face," plastic surgeon Maurizio Persico said. "This gives Kate an attractive and striking profile."
"Plus, she always looks happy and confident in photos, which is especially appealing to women whose own appearance makes them unhappy – those who feel self-conscious about larger or crooked noses, which they believe dominate their faces," Persico added.
According to psychologist Carmen Lefevre, who studies facial attributes and behavior at the University of St. Andrews, it's not just because Kate's a princess that her nose inspires envy.
"The symmetry of Kate's nose, the angle between her lip and the tip of her nose and the minimal amount of nostril on show, are all near-perfect," Lefevre told the paper.

I can relate. I've always hated my upper lip because I feel that it disappears but then the other day one of my friends randomly said I have an amazing cupid's bow so now I'm confused.
Not crazy OMG pretty, but yeah, I think she has a pretty face.
I just want that "perfect" ski slope nose, but I want to be happy.
oh and i'd get my lips bigger if they ever come up with a procedure that won't make my lips look stupid.
i've researched getting a breast reduction because i'm not really happy with the way my boobs look. they're pretty even, but i'm a 38D (i was a F a year ago) and they're empty on top, full on bottom. maybe just a reduction to a B size and a lift. i think that's probably the only thing i'd get done.
i'm pretty average-slightly below average looking so i'm ok with my face. plus i'd never want to get anything done to my face because it's always incredibly noticeable on most people especially after a couple years. plus you have to keep getting that stuff done as you get older. i'd rather have something i can hide with a t-shirt if it goes wrong.
OTOH, if I were a celeb I can see how the decision would at least be more logical -- one could argue it's necessary for most (women especially) if they want to maximize their earning potential.
Now, if I had kids and they fucked up my body (mainly, if my boobs got saggy) ... I would have no qualms going under the knife to fix that shit. A lift, and since they're already in there, I'd probably adding an extra cup size too. I'd just be returning my breasts to their natural shape! Their shape from when I was 20 (and also ~15 lbs over my natural weight), but still.
painless. looks amazing. doesnt look like a nose job. fits my face so much better. NO REGRETS. I had it done 6 years ago.
I do intend to get lip injections in the future, and non-invasive anti aging upkeep when I get older.
with the way my body/face is, i wouldn't
but i can't say if i had different features that i wouldn't. my facial structure just isn't really conducive to getting work done tbh, it's like i don't have enough of anything for them to work with if that makes sense
maybe i'd get a facelift if i was rich and famous and 55 but i'm not so
My navel really, really bothers me :(

I hear scary things about lipo though.
Also idk if this counts but I get my acne scarring on my chin removed
go from like a to b or maybe even a small c
I think it's also quite popular amongst Russian ballerinas...
i'd like if my lips were thicker but idk if i wanna risk that cuz i feel like it usually goes bad
The bridge is straight when my face is relaxed, but gets horribly hook-ish when I smile too hard. I would get the bridge straightened and SLIGHTLY slimmed.
but it looks crazy and painful as fucc
maybe scar removal but i dont care about that as much, whatever.
That said, I am not a huge fan of all this "perfect" nonsense anyway.
