I think so at one point, I'm not sure if they still do because I think McDonalds had legal action taken against them for the stuff they put in their food.

One of my professors from freshman year told the class that earthworms were used in the burgers. Everyone was disgusted but saying "well, those are some good earthworms!"

now they're made from legit chicken meat, but just from different parts of the chicken and are pulverized and formed into the nuggs
