miley paps a paparazzi



(from her pheed:) In reply to the photos of me attempting to take my dogs on a walk while a man I've never seen before harassed me... All for your entertainment I suppose. Hope this is enlightening. Not to mention he was driving around in a "handicap" vehicle recklessly while I walk in a neighborhood full of children praying he doesn't hit a small child or one of my dogs... Lost 2 already this year, don't wanna go through that again.

So? I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about her ignorant 'if they can walk/run they're not disabled' bs. Either way she's less pissed about him using the handicap spot because he doesn't deserve it than she is that she can't do the same without getting constantly called out.

iirc that one wasnt her parking job tho (and wasn't even really parked, it was for a matter of seconds), the pilates people pulled her car up as close to the door as possible and she came out to get in to avoid the paps
