LINDSAY LOHAN I Won't Be In Court ... I'M SICK

lilosick

Lindsay Lohan s gonna be in a heap of trouble tomorrow ... we've learned she will NOT be in an L.A. court Wednesday as required, because she claims she's sick ... but pictures prove otherwise.

We've learned Lindsay's new lawyer, ark Heller, submitted documents notifying the judge she's too ill to fly.  Heller submitted a note from a Park Avenue doctor who says Lindsay has an upper respiratory infection and can't fly for her own safety as well as the safety of the public.

Heller also submitted an article from the New York Post from January 11, reporting that a flu epidemic has hit the Big Apple.

But take a look at the pictures showing Lindsay on an all-day shopping spree in SoHo Saturday -- the same day the doctor allegedly examined her. She's even smoking ... which doesn't seem like great idea for someone with a respiratory infection.

Interesting ... the judge hasn't even approved Heller -- a New York lawyer -- to appear in a California court on Lindsay's behalf and already there are shenanigans.

As for Lindsay ... she's in trouble.  The judge could issue a warrant for her arrest if the excuse proves bogus.

Yessssssssss the APR on my old card went up to 30%!! And I have great credit! Never missed a payment, etc. I was like oh hale nooooo... See, by that point, I had probably a grand or two on it because we used it to buy furniture. (I had to do a balance transfer to a new CC my bank offered and it cost me a bit but after doing the math, it still would have been cheaper than paying off the ungodly interest.)

I had to beg my mom for that cc at the time, I think the $150 spending limit (and my habits of buying things) were the only things that alleviated her fears. Now I'm 28 and I will probably never get another credit card, lmao. (In fact, hoping to pay off my current one with my tax refund...)

My only source of income at the time was my crappy retail job, hahaha... I simply just started using my cc for everything to build up credit... buying lunch, clothes, gas, etc. It slowly built up.

Also, tip my banker told me: Don't ever close/cancel a credit card. Pay it off, cut it up if you must but do not cancel it. This affects your credit score negatively. I paid off my crazy APR one and keep it in my wallet in case god forbid I had no other payment.

Good luck with your credit score! Don't fret too much, it'll get there!

My parents wouldn't help me with getting a credit card because they helped my brother when he went to college and he just racked up all sorts of debt and didn't pay it off lol.

Thanks for the tip! I wish I would have known that when my boyfriend paid off and cancelled his. They really should have a mandatory financial management course in high school, it would be SO helpful.

Thank you ^_^
