so scaryyy :( When I lived in Harlem me and my friend were chilling on the stoop and we heard a woman scream bloody murder for help like, it was no joke it sounded like someone was being horrifically stabbed. We ran out to see where it was coming from but couldn't and assumed she'd been taken off in a car. We were asking this girl if she heard it but she didn't and then this fucking CREEP was like 'you wanna know what happened to that girl? come over here I'll tell you I know what happened to her' but we stayed talking with the girl and it took the cops an hour to get there, and they pretty much looked at us like 'pfft white girls over reacting in the ghetto' and left with out even bothering to question the fucking creep who was STILL THERE being a shady fucker. It still bothers me beacuse I just KNOW someone got murdered and no one gave a shit. FUCK the cops in bad parts of town not giving a shit basically
