According to what I've seen on tumblr, this girl's name is Sarah and she's 19 and has a son.
She also claims to be engaged.

I fail to understand the psychology and why they don't just stay single and fuck around without consequence. All I can come up with is that they like the comfort of having someone they know they can come back to all the time while going around cheating.

i don't get it either. 2 years ago one of my friends was talking all night about his beautiful gilfriend and how much he loves her blablala and all my friends really liked him. we later spent the rest of the night in my room with a bottle of vodka and talking so i'm missing half of what happened but we kind of made out and were about to have sex when i told him so stop. he tried hitting on me various other times but whenever he was with other friends he'd keep talking about is amazing girfriend. like...why would you do that?!

exactly, and my (no more) bff was straightforward with me about her cheating. the exact reason why she's sleeping around with other guys on the side while still having a semi clueless bf (who forgave her the first two times) is because she "lacks self-control" and wants "more experience" - all the "live fast, die young" bs - and in case it doesn't work out with any of the guys she's sleeping with (and partially want a relationship with, as well - "i fall for boys easily, i can't help it"), then it's comforting for her to know that she has her bf to back her up because she doesn't want to be single and likes the idea of having a bf. my, oh, my.

One of my family members is a serial cheater and idgi either. When the girlfriends find out he cheated, he's always oh so sorry, and loves her oh, so much and would never do that again, omg, what did he do? And then they take him back and then he cheats again.
